Job Function:工作職責(zé)
1. Shift Leader fully responsible in managing the shift and be responsible to ensure that operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, according to the operation manager or his delegated staff and Customers Service Department instructions. 根據(jù)操作經(jīng)理或其授權(quán)人員以及客戶(hù)服務(wù)部的要求，負(fù)責(zé)管理班組安全、有效地進(jìn)行操作。
2. Shift Leader would be responsible for all operational activities during his shift.負(fù)責(zé)工作期間的所有操作活動(dòng)。
3. Whole responsible for all the management of all operations in the nights, at weekend and on public holidays.全面負(fù)責(zé)夜間、周末和公共假期的所有運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。
4. Shift Leader would be responsible in managing the shift and be responsible for assisting maintenance and safety/environmental department in checking and monitoring of contractors activities according to safety and operation procedures.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)安全操作規(guī)范協(xié)助維修、安全/環(huán)保部門(mén)檢查、監(jiān)督承包商的活動(dòng)。
5. Shift Leader would be responsible to identify and provide training to subordinates regarding operation procedures, equipment, safety, environmental and quality procedures.對(duì)班組進(jìn)行操作規(guī)范、設(shè)備、安全、環(huán)保和質(zhì)量規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)。
6. Hold tool box meeting before every shift work, assign work reasonably, make and pass working orders to respective terminal operators, offer on-site guidance, follow up supervision and check the result of works.每班工作前召開(kāi)班組會(huì)議，合理分配工作，下達(dá)工作指令給各操作員，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)，跟蹤監(jiān)督，檢查工作結(jié)果。
7. Check and prepare the storage tanks, ensure the pipeline, pump and associated facilities meet all product storage and operation requirements.檢查和準(zhǔn)備儲(chǔ)罐，確保管道、泵及相關(guān)設(shè)施滿(mǎn)足所有產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存和使用要求。
8. To ensure that all personnel working in the terminal must follow the VF+.確保在罐區(qū)工作的人員都遵循公司的安全基本準(zhǔn)則。
9. Ensure that all personnel doing non-routine work must have valid work permit and must follow the stated precautions as set out in the Company’s safe Work Permit System.確保所有非常規(guī)作業(yè)必須按照公司作業(yè)許可制度開(kāi)具有效的作業(yè)許可證，并遵守規(guī)定的安全要求。
10. To stop all unsafe work and report to operation manager/management staff.停止一切不安全的工作并且匯報(bào)操作經(jīng)理/管理層。
11. Ensure all defeats within the terminal and jetty must be timely reported.確保罐區(qū)和碼
